Gus Banda began working with the AITS program in 2002 following the accident that killed 13 farm workers in Five Points. Since that time Gus has been instrumental in taking AITS from an idea to a multi-county program that now serves upwards of 1,500 farm workers. Gus lives in Reedley with his family, and works closely with farm workers, growers and State and local officials.
